Best-fit parameters for the "simulation-fit" model of argon density with 
altitude, as described in the paper.

The model takes the form of

n(h, T) = a * ( f(h, T_1) + b * f(h, T_2) ) ,

where f(h, T) = exp[ -GMm/kT (1/r - 1/(r+h)) ] is a "Chamberlain 
distribution" at height h above the surface and temperature T, as described in 
the paper.

T_1, T_2, and b are the fitted parameters for the model, and are given in the
corresponding files:

as 2D arrays of numbers with dimensions of latitude and local time of day and 
size (180, 360), i.e. square bins of 1 degree sides.
